Advance Replacement Program
In order to assist our customers, we have implemented an Advance Replacement Program. This program enables customers who have purchased equipment from ISDgames™ to receive expeditious replacement parts service.
If you have any problems with the operation of your Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM), or Player Terminal please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with troubleshooting. If a replacement is necessary, our Parts Department will assist you in receiving a functional replacement component.
NOTE: NOT ALL TERMINAL COMPONENTS ARE COVERED UNDER THE ADVANCE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM. REPLACEMENT COMPONENTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
The Advance Replacement Program is a voluntary service to all ISDgames™ clients with an open account status and is subject to cancellation or modification without prior notice. This program is only available to customers with good standing accounts. We reserve the right to refuse to extend this service to any customer who repeatedly does not comply with the terms of this program.
Policies and Terms
In order to receive “advance” parts, you must first call our Service and Parts Department to inform them of the need for the part. They will issue a Return Authorization number. This number must be written on all correspondence along with your company name, address, phone number, and contact name. This correspondence should also contain information regarding the nature of the defect or problem.
The replacement part will be shipped to you within 48 hours along with an Advanced Replacement (A/R) packing slip including the RA number. You will be mailed an A/R invoice and this invoice becomes due in full if the defective part is not returned within ten business days. If the defective part is returned and is under warranty, the part will be credited to the A/R invoice and only the shipping charges will still be due. If the part is returned defective and is not under warranty or is damaged by you, the repair and replacement charges will be invoiced. When you return your defective part to one of our factories, it must be insured for the full amount of the A/R invoice.
