Return Authorization Policy

Our Return Authorization Policy is designed to assist both our customers and our Shipping Department in the tracking of all return shipments to our factory.

If you have any defective or damaged parts that need to be returned to us contact our Service and Parts Department for a Return Authorization number.

This number must be written on all correspondence included with your shipment. Information should also be included regarding the reason for the return and whether or not it is to be repaired and returned or replaced.
