Warranty

Integrated Systems Design (hereinafter known as ISDgames™) represents and warrants that the Devices are new, not reconditioned or otherwise “used”. ISD hereby warrants all Devices (including but not limited to hardware, software, devices, programs, etc.) for ninety days (90) from the date of installation. If the Device(s) fail to substantially perform as reasonably expected by the Customer during the said 90-day warranty period, ISD shall at no cost to Customer repair or replace the malfunctioning components upon receipt of notice from the Customer. ISD shall make its best efforts to remedy the problem as expeditiously as possible. Minor deviations from specifications or descriptions shown in ISD’s product literature or service manuals that do not affect the performance of the product are not considered to be defects in workmanship or materials, and are not covered by this warranty. Any unauthorized modification or reproduction voids all warranties. ISD’s sole duty herein is to repair, correct, or, at ISD’s option replace defective Device(s) or part(s) during the warranty period only.

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to deliver or ship the defective part(s), component(s), or equipment safely to our Service Department for repair or replacement as specified by Customer in the Return Authorization Worksheet. All items must be insured and any shipping and insurance costs shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Note: It is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization Number from the ISDgames™ Service and Parts Department prior to any shipment of goods and parts to our facility for any purpose. Any item received without Return Authorization Number may not be returned to customer.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN CONSTITUTE ISDGAMES’™ SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE AND NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS OR PARTS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ISDGAMES™ BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFITS, NOT EXCLUDING PROGRAM DEFECTS. REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE.

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR USE BY QUALIFIED TECHNICAL PERSONNEL ONLY. TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT, DO NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICING OTHER THAN THAT CONTAINED IN THIS MANUAL.
